Please boot into BIOS and confirm if the circles are visible on this screen.
Please run the on-board Dell diagnostics and capture any error codes or messages.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.

Pressure spots are usually permanent. This seems like physical damage not electronic failure. Pressing firmly on the touch screen/LCD can damage the LCD itself.
