Circles on Screen
I’ve run into a problem with my Dell All-in-One 5348 running Windows 10.
Today the screen started to display a column of circles – not exactly straight down the middle. They appear shortly after the machine boots on the Windows desktop.
Also, on the 2nd or 3rd circle from the top, a “shadow” mouse arrow appears whenever I use the mouse to point to an area on the screen. This happens on the Windows 10 Desktop and in other applications. I ran Dell diagnostics (no issues found) and rebooted the system 2 or 3 times with no change.
I’ve included a snip of the Windows desktop below. I’d appreciate any suggestion or ideas. Thanks in advance.

Update: I hate to say never mind but today when I booted up the system into Windows 10 - no circles. The problem disappeared. The only thing that I can think of is that I never shut down the system completely yesterday when I was troubleshooting. I restarted it several times. Every time the circles came back. Today - they're gone and everything's fine. Sorry for the false alarm and thank you to those who responded.
