Latitude E7440 Screen Resolution Options
My company gave me a work laptop: Latitude E7440. The screen resolution of 1920x1080 is way too small for my eyes and those of many others when using just the laptop screen. There does not appear to be any other valid screen resolution setting that fits the screen so I need to change the font size to 125%. This requires me to reboot the laptop every time I switch between 100% and 125% when I use my monitors. Can someone tell me if there is another screen resolution setting I can download a driver for.

There isn't - you really have two options:
1. A different system with a lower resolution screen or,
2. Use an external monitor or monitors.
Notebook LCDs work well only at their native resolution.
