Dell 3380 WiFi problem

Hello all,

The company I work for is having an issue with the Dell 3380 laptop dropping 802.1x connectivity after about 6 hours. We use AD and it seems that after so many hours of the user logging it, the laptop is unable to pass the cached credentials back to the domain controller to authenticate to the domain and reconnect. The only solution we've found is to tell our users to restart their laptop if they'd like to reconnect to our wireless network. That doesn't make them too happy... We have several of these laptops deployed and hope to resolve this quickly because we plan to deploy several more later in the year. We haven't found anything quite like this issue and hope that someone here has an idea to point us in the right direction.
