After adding your product devices to the ESRSV3.04 need to request approval
Once you have installed the ESRS3.04 and have added the product devices, to complete the process you should contact your local f EMC field representative to approve the devices. this is the current process . ones the field has approved and sync your devices, they will show in the WebUI and ready to use.

If preferred it is also possible to open a Service Request with the relevant details, we will then look after the device approval.
