DEAD: Dell Inspiron 14 7000 series 7437

Dell guys- I need help. I have the above mentioned model and “dead” is the only way I know how to describe it. No power/indicator lights. Zero power period. I previously had this issue and sent it off to Dell (under warranty) and was told the motherboard was fried, none of my files could be recovered and was assured there was nothing I could have done to avoid it. Low and behold- the same problem again. I desperately need these files. Any insight will help.
