Difference between ATA and IDE/EIDE cables

i just bought this western digital HD:

Western Digital / Caviar SE / 200GB / 7200 / 8MB / ATA-100 / EIDE Hard Drive from www.tigerdirect.com and i don't know which cables to get to add this hard drive to my existing one.

What system do you have? Some of the newer Dimensions (8400) use Serial ATA, some older would use EIDE or IDE.

i have a Dimension 4500s. i'm taking my floppy drive out to put this HD in as well....

Yes, the cable in your link should work.  But, you should check the required cable distance between the two HDs.
