HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC4241N

I have dell latitude d500 with a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC4241N the problem with it is that the CD wont work but the DVD works perfectly what should I do

I am also looking a solution for this problem. Pls help me.

It's the same problem as you had. Please help me out..!

P.S. The drive used to work perfectly until two weeks ago.

hello everybody, i've got the same problem with my HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC4241N, it's reading dvds without problem but cannot read or write a cd..... please help me....
