Hard Drive not installed
Hello,
Every time I reboot my laptop, I get the Dell diag screen saying Hard Drive not installed. It then shuts down when I continue. The second time I boot up it loads fine and starts Windows as normal - This seems to happen every time. My drivers are all up to date. Does anyone have any ideas?

What is your computer model and OS installed? Start the computer and tap the F2 to enter the bios/ Once in the bios choose to load defaults, save changes and exit.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply. Please see my Sys Info image in my post for the information you asked for.
I can do the BIOS change. Do you mean reset bios to factory defaults or bios defaults?

FSPRoss,
Try to reset the bios to defaults/load defaults to see if that will resolve the issue.
