Msata port defective? adata xpg sx300

So other than the obvious wifi and overheating issues with this laptop, I may have another issue and am reaching out to all the xps 15 (l521x) with an msata ssd as their boot os owners.
I purchased an adata xpg sx300 256g msata, its transfer speed should be near the 550MB. im using it as my os boot location, windows 8 uefi and its runs fine, boot time 4.5s

the issue is, I ran tests and its read speeds are where they should be, however its Sequential write speed is very low compared to where it should be(and all the other write speeds), I emailed adata and they said that it could be a problem with my laptop. Can some of you run crystal mark so I may compare and see if it is indeed a limitation set by the motherboard. (chkdsk comes back without error)
 Dear Elvis,
Thank you for contacting ADATA USA.
The transfer rates vary on the type of data being transferred, also each system configuration will have a different transfer rates.
We recommend using ChkDsk to verify if the drive has any bad sectors which may be causing the slow transfer rates. If the drive does not bad sectors we recommend checking with Dell for troubleshooting, you may have a compatibility issue.

well, it seems I have new info regarding my msata adata xpg sx300.
Adata failed to mention they test their drives using compressed data, 0x00 (0 fill)
Here are my test results with compressed tests.

some tests are still significantly low, such as the 4K and 4k32
