I have a Dimension 9200 that's about 14 months old and I can't use the DVD RW drive (NEC ND-3650A DVD+-RW) except for reading data discs and pre-recorded CDs. It won't recognize blank discs (CD or DVD) and when I put in a pre-recorded DVD, it opens as a folder showing the audio & video subfolders.

I've updated the driver from Dell but it's showing as being dated 7/01/01. Surely there is something more up-to-date than that! If there is, how can I get it? Do I have to go to NEC's website?

:manmad: I've spent about 18 months creating a DVD show and am extremely angry and frustrated that I can't burn it. Can someone please help me. I'd really appreciate it.
