Prefetch files

Everytime I turn on the computer, it gives me an error message "C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\DSAGNT.EXE-2DA183E7,pf

That file is related to Dell Support Agent. You can delete the file, it gets re-created the next time you boot up. If the problem comes back then try to update the application via Dell's support site.
