When ordering the Studio 19 all-in one with the touch screen i got it with everything top of the line. all was good up tell the blu ray did not work from day one tryed everything to get it going 10 plus hrs on the phone with dell support new blu ray dvd driver put in nothing. then i found out that this was going on even before i got my Studio19. with blu ray
Sorry to hear about your Blu-Ray drive. Can you explain in a bit more detail what the problem is? I'm afraid I have no idea based on your message.
sry about that well it won't play. from what was told to me from the dell support was that it can't read the disk. we downloaded everything you can think of to fix / and that this was something that has be going on from the first day. so now i just sit for dell to ship the new Studio going on 4 weeks now. i hope that gives you some idea what i'm talking about if not let me know
