TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H553A Firmware update?

I want to play Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate collection on my Dell Dimension E520 and I get a message to keep on inserting the disk into the drive but it's already in there... on the microsoft website it asked me to try installing a firmware update to my drive..... HOW DO I DO THAT? :emotion-42:

I've been looking everywhere for a firmware update to this drive and I do now know where to look anymore, so please anyone? where do I download and how do I install it?
