hard drive error

So after an warning from the intel tools thing about a problem with port 0 on the hard drive, i ran a diagnostics test and it came up with the error code 2000-0151. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron N5050, it's about 2 years old and out of warranty as well

Error code 2000-0151 indicates the hard drive has failed and you need to replace it.

What would be the cheapest and quickest way to get this done? i'm a college student so I don't have too much money and i need the laptop for school as im taking summer classes.

If you know your way around computers and have some experience of repairing them, or have a friend that can help you, replacing the hard drive, reinstalling windows and loading the drivers and applications yourself, is the cheapest way, failing this, then it's best to take the laptop to a local computer repair shop.
