help! drive jammed!
I have Dell inspiron 1318. The CD is stuck in the DVD driver, and I can only hear noise when I press the ejected button, but no cd comes out from the tray. I have googled solutions and have been told to hook the plate out, but there is no small hole around the tray for ejection of cd.
I have called Dell customer service. There is $59 fee for online service support. I didn’t go for it because the technician didn't answer my question when I asked if the service was guaranteed to fix the problem.Can anybody help me? thanks a lot.

Hi Suzhenp,
I'd recomment you take your laptop to a local computer shop for this repair. If there's a Best Buy close, the Geek Squad come well recommended.
