DWWIN.EXE DLL INITIALIZATION FAILED

Recently (Within the last couple of weeks), when I attempt to shut down my computer, I get the following error message:

Titled "DWWIN.EXE DLL INITIALIZATION FAILED

The application failed to initialize because the windows station is shutting down."

I have a Dimension 4600 system, and if it helps, I had a problem when starting my system.  I was  getting an error relating to my Spyware Blaster, as it wasn't autoupdating the application.  I was getting the following error message upon startup:

Titled "aboutautoupdating -
Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an
attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please
correct your system clock before trying to run this program again.
If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program
for instructions on correcting this error (report code
2527,2814,2761)."

Can anyone assist me in ridding myself of this error?
