My C Drive is almost out of space, which is 400-AKWC : 128GB M.2 SATA 6Gb/s SSD (Boot )

I've removed everything possible and I only have a few gigs left.

I'd like to purchase a larger, compatible SSD and move the data to that. How can this be done? What are my options in both hardware and how to actually do the data transfer?
