Earlier I installed the 7th Apr 2023 BIOS Update for my Alienware x17 R1. Everything seemed fine initially, with the new firmware also fixing issues with Bluetooth compatibility.

However, now I am unable to select any item in Windows Explorer without the cursor permanently going to "busy", effectively making Explorer inaccessible. I have tried to restart the application, and force-quit and open a new process, but the issue returns.

Whilst I have run a full virus scan, I suspect the problem is with the new BIOS firmware. Is it possible to rollback to the previous build?
