Over the past few weeks, we have been having more and more Chromebooks coming in and they are unable to power on unless plugged in, the weird thing is that when you hit refresh and power the white light flashes showing that it does have power and will turn on. If you unplug the battery the device will also turn on and the light will turn to yellow. We have replaced the motherboards and this fixes it just don't understand why so many of them are having this issue.
