Newbie here. WE got a new Inspiron laptop which automatically upgraded itself to windows 11 on boot. However wife, who`s laptop it is prefers what she knows wants it back on 10. Tried several times to roll it back each time it try`s to update and stalls at 14%.

Now looking for answers. Before retinting the laptop for a refund!
