I am going to use Innoculate. When I removed Norton AV, I got a list of files that could not be removed by the process, and suggesting that I do it myself. These include Quarantine files, and a number of folders. Are these safe to delete?

More importantly, I was repeatedly told that a file the system was about to remove was no longer being used...but that removing it could lead to prob's iwth other files if it is shared. Are these generally safe to remove?
