Dimension 8100, Windows Me.

Today as I was viewing a web page my screen went completly black with green lines across the top. This is the second time in the last few weeks that this has happened.  I was not doing anything at the time but reading a web page.  The computer froze and pressing ctrl alt delete did not even work. Had to press the button to turn the computer off.
