Okay, I know it's nothing too great, and isn't really even worth being in a PC that's long been outdated even by those outdated now, but it's the only PCI card I have around now. I want to use a Stealth64 as a secondary PCI card (listed as S3 Vision968 according to Device Manager) solely for another monitor. It doesn't need to be anything good. The drivers are installed, but the DirectX diagnostic tool will not recognize it, and I get the following error in the Devive Manager.

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

My primary GeForce4 Ti4200 is still recognized and running fine. The troubleshooter's three or four steps didn't help either. Does anyone know what's causing this? Do I need to do anything in the BIOS?
