I had planned to purchase the XPS 630 computer with Vista Business in June 2008.  However, it appears that the problem of the lights and fans may not be solved in the near future.  I really like the specifications available for the XPS 630, but don't want to deal with the existing problems.  I am wondering if Dell is planning in the near future, to replace the existing motherboard with one of better performance, as a normal series upgrade, ie, 650?

I would appreciate any suggestions/comments  as to another Dell computer for purchase that is equal to or has a better setup than the XPS 630 computer.  I had looked at the XPS 700 series but the towers are too large for my desk.  Thanks for any applicable information, Sam.
