Hello,

I had the following problem:
Whatever I did to set the mouse-wheel scroll-settings to 1 screen per wheel-notch, it reverted back to 9 lines after a re-boot.

Un-installing the Alps-software/driver brought the solution : mouse-wheel scroll-settings are maintained the way I set them.
The Alps-software is definitely buggy !

My next problem is now:
How do I disable/inhibit the touch-pad as soon as I connect a mouse ?
