Please help me to solve my problem.

I have Dell Inspiron N5010 with Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit.

I installed the latest driver for bluetooth device

(Title      : Network:Dell Wirless 365 Bluetooth Driver
Version    : A00
OEM Name   : Dell
OEM Ver    : 6.2.1.1100
Computers  : Inspiron - N5010).

I checked it in device manager and services and everything is ok. (Bluetooth service and Bluetooth support service is running and Device Manager: Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth module, Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator ).

The bluetooth sign is on at task bar.

I try to add any device with blutooth add device wizard but It can't discover something.

If I try to connect from another notebook to dell then I can see the dell notebook but can't connect with pairing code because nothing appear on dell (Pairing popup or something else)

The "Can see any other device my bluetooth" is on at dell notebook.

 

So I can't pairing and discovering by Dell but windows doesn't give any error.

 

Please help me or give any suggestion ;()

 

I tried more driver from dell and generic windows driver and the problem doesn't appear.
