My SD card reader is not working properly.

 

When I put the card in it makes the noise windows makes when a new device has been plugged in, but it never shows up in My Computer as a drive, nor does the autorun pop-up. It does show up under disk drives in Device Manager when I plug it in.

 

The SD card I have can be converted into a usb device (fold back part of the card and plug it right in) and it's being recognized properly that way so I know the problem is with the reader not the card.
 

I rolled back the drivers (even though I haven't updated them recently) but that didn't help. I also went to the Dell Drivers support page and put in my service tag but there were no drivers to download for the card.
