I have a 2013 Latitude E3330 laptop in which I face an audio recording issue. Audio recording is working through the audio jack, but not through the web cam device. In the recording option, I checked IDT Audio codec as the default recording device. The Latitude E3330 Web cam and Web cam cable have already been replaced, but this did nto fix the issue. I also reinstalled the operating system but recording did not work. Driver and BIOS update to latest one. I tried every thing but I can't find a solution.
