i hope someone here can help....i got to go to 2 very boring family get togethers at the weekend, and want to bring my laptop with me...it's an inspirion 1000...how would i go about it? do i need a pci card (and where can i get one???)

 

i think i setup the wireless netowrk, but couldnt get online, i thought you could connect automatically?? im rubbish at this sort of thing.

 

i dont mind what the cost of any addiotional equipment is, i'd pay as long as i can get online without brinign my bb modem...thanks for any help!!
