I just picked one up and noticed it was lacking a CD Rom Drive. OK, I thought, I can make a bootable USB drive. I downloaded a tool from Microsoft's website, followed the instructions and popped it into my Poweredge. No where on the BIOS setting do I see a boot off a USB drive option (it's only a NIC PXE boot up or HD).

Am I missing something? I confirmed this is a bootable USB drive on this main machine...
