Looking at buying a T140 to host a single production database. To keep costs down I'm also configuring my own 2x SSD RAID for storage, but not sure what the base RAID options are on this server because the S140 is checked unavailable if I don't pick a pair of spinners to go along with it.

Can I simply order the server minus all the storage options and still have the capability for software emulated RAID1?
