Hi,

I have a H730P Raid Controller (Perc9) with 2gb cache running in my T430-Server. I use VMWare Esxi 6.0 (Dell Version) for several VMs.

I have two Raids

• SSD Raid 10 (4x 480gb SATA)
• HDD Raid 6 (7x 300gb SAS) with DAS Cache Licence and 480gb SSD SATA

Both Raids are configured as a virtual disk (1x 960gb ssd, 1x 1500gb)

How does my Controller Write Cache has to be configured for each virtual disk? Especially with regards to FastPath (for the SSDs) or would you advise against using that?
