Have setup a Windows 2000 server with a fibre attached 650F ans also a 660F on the back of it, installed the data agent and supervisor, all worked ok could see the arrays configure etc.  Install sp4 rebooted and cant now see the arrays from the data agent eg when I do a autodetect nothing is found. 

I have rebuilt the server with W2k and sp3 etc and still cant see the arrays.  What can I do to see the arrays once more.
