Toner Dump In Paper Drawer

Have a Dell B3460dn Laser Printer XL that was purchased in Fall 2016.

For the last month or so I have been getting toner streaks up the left side of my printed pages.

When I open the paper drawer to fill I notice there is toner on the left side of the paper drawer and in the bottom left of the paper drawer. I have repeatedly cleaned this out each time I load a ream of paper into the drawer.

Last week, thinking it might be the toner cartridge (which was getting low on toner but wasn't ready to be replaced), I put a new toner cartridge in. This week the streak on the left page is even wider and more noticeable.

Anyone know what is causing this? The imaging unit has about 2/3's of it's life left according to the supply display on the printer.

Does Dell need to send me a new laser printer or can this be easily remedied?

Thanks.
