If you have already taken a Dell Technologies Proven Professional proctored exam or online Accreditation test you have a CertTracker ID. You can access the ID using the url below and the primary email address you input during your first log in.
If you did not complete an exam or partner accreditation test then you would not have a CertTracker account.
Within 72 hours of you completing a proctored exam or within 96 hours of completing an accreditation test a CertTracker account is automatically generated for you.
If you work for an EMC partner and have an EMC partner account you automatically have access to the training. Once you complete all of the requirements in the training area the information will automatically move to CertTracker. When that happens (about 72 hours) you receive an email with instructions on how to access CertTracker.
Hi - Confirmed that the ticket you opened with the Proven Help Desk has been forwarded to the Partner Team for research and resolution. The Partner Team will contact you.
