Dear all,

I can open my shortcuts over MAPI and le search console, but not over OWA.

When I click on a shortcut on OWA, I have an error 403 forbidden access. But I can see the preview and get the attachement in the preview pane.

I checked in the log  DocManageUC.log that there is no a problem with the retrieve, it seems a problem with the IIS permissions because only the sourceone

account is able to open shortcut over OWA.

For information, I have reset the sourceone account.
