We've got a shiny new DMX-4 that doesn't seem to want to do anything for us. We managed to get 4x100MB volumes created but can't set them Ready. "Cannot perform the operation because the device is not in a valid state" Managed to get a lock stuck while creating those volumes the first time around.

We can't even map any of the existing devices because "8 devices marked NOT READY"

Can someone point us in the right direction. DMX for dummies or something?
