there was a new VNX 7500 (Block system) installation and all the cabling between backend buses and enclousres was right but the IDs does not appear in sequence in daisy-chain. for example there was like that 2,1,4,3,0 which supposed to be 0,1,2,3,4. and also some buses  does not have enclosure ID 0.

I did some tests, it seems these IDs are fixed on LCC, even if I change the order of enclosure in the loop the enclosure always get the same ID.

Since DAE6S enclosure get its ID automaticaly and always the first enclosure in the loop get the ID 0 and the second one get ID 1 and so on ...

should it be cause of problem in the future ? or may be the IDs change under some circumstances? like rebooting SPs( I did a few reboots but the IDs haven't changed). is there any way to order these IDs in  sequence?
