This is 2nd posting of same subj.  Kind forum member offered assistance but this advise did not resolve my problem.

I recently upgraded my Win98SE to WinXP HE.  Since then I have not been able to open any links in email that is sent to me. When I click on a link in the message, the lower screen in OE containing the text of the message makes a slight change, but link does not open.

Checked w/ ISP tech and they referred me to a "webuser forum " similar to this site.  But could not find anything that was similar to my problem.  Only way I can open a link sent in OE, is to copy the link URL down and open it on the Internet Web site.

 

Appreciate help for this annoying problem.
