Help..

I recently set up a new user on my pc, and everytime I switch between users the screen becomes all jumbeled, and shows the following message.

                              Attention

                      Input signal out of range

                         H 80.0 khz

                         v 75.0 hz

                         please change timing signal

 

The only way to correct it os to turn off the computer. Does anybody have a solution to this problem ?
