I have an Inspiron 15 laptop with windows 7 corrupted with a virus and I took it to a repair centre who have reset the laptop. Unfortunately I have no Dell programmes on the laptop now, so can not access any Dell programmes incl. intergrated webcam.

I have followed the instructions in the manual to factory restore but when I get to the menu to select Dell Image Factory Restore it's not on the menu.

How can I restore my laptop to the original state? I have backed up the laptop to an external HD.
