Hello!

I purchased an XPS 8940 PC on December 7, 2020 by online purchase. In the last week I have been having some software problems and occasional loss of video signal/black screen which is remedied by removing and reinserting the HDMI cable. Upon opening the PC case on the weekend (for the first time!) to try reseating the graphics card, I see the graphics card support bracket is missing? It shipped without the support bracket! I have been trying to contact Customer Care, but after several attempts and lost connections, it is frustrating! Is there a better way to get the graphics card support bracket for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 card that is in my XPS 8940?
