My Dell XPS has been overheating for the last few months.

It's got noticeably worse in the last month or two but has been an issue for a longer time.

I've gone to contact Dell live chat today but it's not letting me open a live chat as my Warranty "expired recently".

 

What can I do about my laptop overheating badly?

I paid alot of money for this.
