Hello,

The brand new 2021 Dell XPS 15 9510 laptop I received will not close when held vertically. I've read that this is done by design but the lid will not stay shut in my backpack. I'm right outside the 30 day return window and will not accept the excuse that it's done by design. This is a design flaw. What can Dell do to fix this and how can I get a replacement?
