While using my DellClapton, I received a pop-up suggesting me toupgrade the DBR utility. I thought it will be a good idea to have this utility.

After downloading and paying for the upgrade - I begun to use it.

The utility asked for a 100GB space to do the backup - and I found it on my USB backup drive. Ihave even create a separate partition for that!

BUT ... When the backup process begun - I was asked to confirm that the backup place will be wiped out!

As it was empty -I accepted.

And then - the worst happened. Without any exaggeration - mywhole 10 years or more digital history was totally wiped- out!!! The for had formatted the whole USB drive(not just the designed partition)!

I know nothing willreturn that back - but other users Be Awared!
