Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Dell EMC Unity 480 storage system running UnityOS 5.2.0.0.5.173 where two out of 22 SMB shares are significantly slower in terms of data transfer speeds compared to the others. Here are some details about the setup and the issue:

Total SMB Shares: 22
Affected Shares: 2 (specifically slower than the others)

The slow speeds occur only when copying data to these two particular shares. I've checked basic network configurations and physical connections, which seem to be fine for all shares. Here are a few specific points I'm considering and questions I have:

Could there be any specific share-level configurations that might be causing these two shares to perform poorly?
Are there any known issues with disk performance or resource allocation on the Unity 480 that could be affecting specific shares?
I'm also curious if SMB protocol settings or versions could play a role in this disparity in speed. Are there recommended settings for SMB that I should verify?
Could antivirus or network inspection settings affect transfer speeds to specific shares? If so, what settings should I check?
Is there anything else I should look into that might help diagnose or resolve this issue?

Any insights or troubleshooting tips from the community or support team would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
