Aurora ACT1250, restarts after shutdown when USB controller is connected
My new Aurora ACT1250 restarts after shutting down only if I leave my Boeing TCA Yoke which I use for flight simulation attached via USB at the time of shutdown. It is of necessity connected to one of the front USB ports. Tech support took a stab at it but were unable to solve the problem. It is annoying to have to constantly unplug and replug the device. I had a Aurora R10 before that previously did not have this issue with this controller.
I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps from Dell with no results.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or knows of potential solutions.

* Restart and tap F2
* Click the Advanced Setup option to move it to the ON mode
* Go to Integrated Devices --> USB Configuration
* Go to "Enable USB Boot Support" and disable it
* Save changes and exit the BIOS into Windows and retest
* Did you test the Boeing TCA Yoke on all three front USB-A ports?
It is of necessity connected to one of the front USB ports
* Why? Is the cable not long enough to test the Boeing TCA Yoke on the rear 4 USB-A ports?

Thanks, as it turns out, using the USB-A port with Powershare on the front solved the issue. I am guessing the TCA Yoke draws power to function and as the other USB-A ports do not provide power when the PC powers down, the PC reboots to provide that power.
But anyway all is well.

Although I thought this was solved, it is not. With more troubleshooting I am able to determine that any USB device be it a controller or any USB memory device with or without files on it will force the restarts if connected to the top two USB A ports on the front of the ACT 1250. Plugging into the bottom USB A port does not cause this behaviour, nor does using rear ports. That does not seem normal to me. What is special about those two ports that triggers this?
I could try disabling "enable USB boot support" but I would think that would apply to all USB ports, not just two, and I use Acronis True Image to backup my computer and to restore an image certainly requires booting from a USB recovery device, so I don't want to be unable to do that.
