Aurora R10, broken since December
Ever since December, four months into having my Alienware, it’s been problem after problem. It’s now been, I believe, three trips to the warehouse with one taking a month to get back to me and two at-home repairs with still no luck. I’m at a huge loss of what to do. I find it surprising that I spent so much money on a machine that’s been down most of its life. This is made harder by the fact that I have to sit on the phone with Dell support for hours at a time before something is done.
Right now, it’s either freezing, restarting, or most commonly bluescreening with the error-code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. It has also only been two weeks since the last depot repair and a week since the last at-home repair.
I’ve tried opening up my computer and reseating a few different things, along with some other techniques like SFC /scannow. Support assist troubleshoot also comes up short.
I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve lost all hope that my computer will ever be fixed, but if anyone has ideas I would appreciate it greatly! I just wish I could get a full replacement/refund.

What frequency is your memory running at? I have seen this before with DDR 3400 memory set at DDR 3600 speeds.

I have AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, NVDIA GeForce RTX 3080, 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz Ram, and it’s water cooled. As for my power supply wattage, I am not quite sure where to find that out, as I can’t seem to find anything on the psu signifying what it is.

It is running at 3200 MHz, which appears to be the speed of my RAM

Try running an Epsa test: Epsa test
This has come up in the past for a few different reasons, and can be related to the PSU.
I would also try a test on the PSU, if it has the test button on it: Dell PSU test

I did have a test button, and both tests came up fine. I did have to press and hold the button for it to stay on, though. Is that how it should be?

In that case click the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen to talk to a Dell agent who can assist you further, as this sounds like a hardware issue of some sorts.
