if you mean Win10 admin account password it is usually set up with your Microsoft account, but you can delete that account on that pc and change pc to local account. When setting up local account, use any user name you like, and click enter for password, which will render the account having no password.
On #3, you can replace the fans, but if you want warranty service you will need to put it back to the OEM configuration including all the OEM chassis fans. The warranty wouldn't cover any user damage caused by the upgrade; for example, something like header burnout caused by Y splitting 3 fans to one header.
