Aurora R10, front panel has no light
The front panel RGB lights recently stopped working. The power button and the USBs all work. Had support remote into my pc and uninstall ACC but I'm still having this issue. Not sure what it could be I don't get any errors on startup. Anyone else having this issue? I've look through the manual and don't see an answer for this.
Please advise.

Update October 24, 2021 = This Aurora R10 was replaced by the retail store.

on this diagram, there's #13 LED controller connector, maybe that's loose and maybe need to be reseated.

Hmm, what should I be looking for? Looks plugged in properly.

if it looks plugged in firmly, maybe you enabled dark mode in AWCC->FX? All of the lighting controls are within AWCC and if you uninstalled AWCC with LED lights off, it will remain that way I believe.

Yeah I changed the settings and the lights are still not on.
I went through the front panel power-button board and I was wondering what those 3 connections are for. I don't see anything online that says what they are powering. Could that be bad ?
